The short version

This site does not ask you for anything and does not track you. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, no advertising, and no analytics. Brainstorm Labs, LLC sets no cookies and builds no profile of you.

What is collected

By this site: nothing. Every page is a fixed document. There is no login, no search box that sends your query anywhere, and no form to fill in. Nothing you do here is recorded by Brainstorm Labs, LLC.

By the host: the site is served by Cloudflare, which as a matter of ordinary operation processes technical information about requests reaching its network. That typically includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user agent string. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site and to protect against attacks and abuse. It is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy policy, at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Brainstorm Labs, LLC does not receive, store or analyse this request data.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage.

Cloudflare may set a cookie strictly necessary for security purposes, such as distinguishing automated traffic from human visitors. That cookie is not used for advertising and not used to track you across other sites.

Links to other sites

Pages here link to external sources including hts.usitc.gov and federalregister.gov. Following a link takes you to a site Brainstorm Labs, LLC does not control, with its own privacy practices. This policy covers only usmca.com.

Your rights

Because no personal information is collected here, there is nothing held about you to access, correct, export or delete.

If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, such as the EU or UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA, those rights would attach to data that was actually collected. As above, that is none, other than the technical request data processed by Cloudflare as host. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

Children

This site is aimed at trade and customs professionals. It is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including children.

Changes

This policy may change, particularly if features are added that do collect information. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
