Privacy Policy

The short version
This site does not ask you for anything and does not track you. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, and no advertising. No cookies are set, and nothing is stored in your browser. Visitor numbers are counted, but not in a way that identifies you or follows you from one visit to the next.
What is collected
Directly by this site: nothing. Every page is a fixed document. There is no login, no search box that sends your query anywhere, and no form to fill in.
Audience measurement. Brainstorm Labs, LLC uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people read the site and which pages they use. A small script on each page reports:
- the page viewed, and how long it took to load
- the country the request came from
- the name of your browser and operating system
- the referring site, if you arrived from a link elsewhere
Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not fingerprint your device. It does not use your IP address, user agent or any other signal to recognise you on a later visit or across other websites. Visits are counted from off-site referrals rather than from any identifier attached to you, which means the numbers are approximate by design and no profile of you exists to be built, sold or requested.
Brainstorm Labs, LLC sees only aggregate totals. There is no way from this data to identify an individual reader.
By the host: the site is served by Cloudflare, which as a matter of ordinary operation processes technical information about requests reaching its network. That typically includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user agent string. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site and to protect against attacks and abuse. It is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy policy, at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Brainstorm Labs, LLC does not receive, store or analyse this request data.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. The audience measurement described above is cookieless, which is why you are not being asked to consent to anything.
Cloudflare may set a cookie strictly necessary for security purposes, such as distinguishing automated traffic from human visitors. That cookie is not used for advertising and not used to track you across other sites.

Pages here link to external sources including hts.usitc.gov and federalregister.gov. Following a link takes you to a site Brainstorm Labs, LLC does not control, with its own privacy practices. This policy covers only usmca.com.
Your rights
No personal information is collected here, and nothing recorded is tied to you, so there is no record of you to access, correct, export or delete.
If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, such as the EU or UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA, those rights attach to personal data. The measurement on this site is designed not to produce any, and the only other processing is the technical request data handled by Cloudflare as host, described above. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone.
Children
This site is aimed at trade and customs professionals. It is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including children.
Changes
This policy may change, particularly if features are added that do collect information. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
