What this site is
usmca.com is a reference. It presents duty rates and tariff classifications drawn from published U.S. government sources so that they can be looked up and compared in one place.
It is not a customs broker, a law firm, or a filing service, and using it does not create a professional relationship of any kind between you and Brainstorm Labs, LLC.
Reference only. Verify before you rely on anything.
Everything on this site must be verified against the official source before you act on it. That means the Harmonized Tariff Schedule published by the U.S. International Trade Commission, the Federal Register, and the guidance and rulings of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Nothing here is a substitute for:
- the official Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States
- a binding ruling from U.S. Customs and Border Protection
- advice from a licensed customs broker or a qualified attorney
Tariff rates, product coverage and effective dates change, sometimes with little notice and sometimes retroactively. Information that was accurate when published may be out of date by the time you read it. Classification of your goods is your responsibility as the importer of record, and it remains so regardless of anything you read here.
If information on this site conflicts with an official source, the official source governs.

The underlying tariff data is U.S. government material and is not owned by anyone. The selection, arrangement, wording and presentation on this site are Brainstorm Labs, LLC's.
Links to other sites
This site links to government sources including hts.usitc.gov and federalregister.gov. Those sites are not under Brainstorm Labs, LLC's control and are governed by their own terms.
Changes
These terms may change. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
